Not only do we have a detailed and comprehensive HACCP plan based on Codex Alimentarius principia, we have achieved certification against the highly prestigious and world renowned BRC Global Standard - Food since 2001. This stands us apart from other suppliers.

BRC Grade A success

Coombe Fisheries have retained Grade A status after their recent 2 day audit against the BRC Global Standard for Food Safety, Issue 6. This latest version of the standard marked quite a shift in emphasis and we are delighted to report that only 8 non-compliances were raised.
